In-house Customer Service Representative.
We are seeking a Customer Service Professional to join our team! You will be responsible for answering phones and assisting our customers when they walk into our lobby for placing or picking up orders.
Responsibilities:
- Handle customer inquiries and complaints
- Provide information about the products and services
- Document and update customer records based on interactions
- Develop and maintain a knowledge base of the evolving products and services
Qualifications:
- Excellent phone skills a must
- Previous experience in customer service, sales, or other related fields
- Ability to build rapport with clients
- Ability to prioritize and multitask
- Positive and professional demeanor
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Screen Printing Technician
Requirements:
- Be detail oriented, follow processes and systems
- Set up and tear down jobs
- Have experience in working with automated press
- Knowledge and experience in t-shirt screen printing process
