Our Story: A Screen Printing & Embroidery Company
Long gone are the days when banners had a white background with simple block lettering. Now, you can even make your banner look like a photograph. Today’s banner design is limited only by your imagination. Our talented designers are here to help you stretch your imagination and create a banner that demands attention.
Fabric and installation options
Our 13 oz. vinyl material is ideal for when your banner will be use for indoor applications only. This material is very smooth and looks great. However it typically does not have a scrim mesh, so it can tear easily in the wind. Roll up banners, banner stands, ceiling banners and blinds for windows, etc., are the most popular choices for this material. For long term applications, our 15 oz. material is great for indoor and outdoor backlit applications, including pylon signs.
Mesh banners are the perfect solution for outdoor banners. The material allows wind to easily pass through making it a better alternative to wind slits traditionally cut into vinyl banners. We like to use mesh for outdoor concerts and outdoor signage.
We still use traditional grommets for typical installations. However, many customers have found pole pockets to be an attractive alternative. As we hem the sides, we’ll fold the top of the banner over to make a pocket. When you are ready to hang your banner, just slide a pole or piece of conduit through the pocket. The pole can then be suspended with cord or rope. Typically, pole pockets are for indoor vinyl banner use. You can use them with the pole and drape system found in most trade show venues. Using a pole pocket allows your banner to hang smooth and straight.
