Renaissance Church is a protestant church located in Little Burgundy, a neighborhood of Montreal. Our church began a few years ago when a group of Christians started a Bible study and began to try to meet various needs in our community. From there, we started to meet once a month as a church and launched our weekly worship gatherings in January 2015. Since launching our worship gathering, we have tried to be a church that shares Jesus in everyday life and to meet practical needs of people as a way to demonstrate how God has so richly served us, as is evidently displayed through Jesus. To do this, we have created various small groups that meet throughout the week where we talk about the Bible, share everyday life with one another, and seek to serve the city in various ways. We also meet collectively as a church on Sundays at 555 Rue de Seigneurs, at 10am. We are a church that is committed to sharing the Gospel and our lives with others and have a passion for church planting and training our local church on how to use their own gifts, talents and passions to share their lives and the Gospel in everyday contexts.
